Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of digital media and social media platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to review designs for errors.
Market analysis skills to understand target audience and competitors.

Roles and Responsibilities

Create visually appealing designs, including logos, banners, brochures, and social media graphics.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and create innovative design concepts.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts.
Conduct market analysis and research to understand target audience and competitors.
Ensure all designs are optimized for digital and print platforms.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Review designs for errors and make necessary revisions.
Maintain a strong understanding of current design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
