We're on the lookout for a talented Creative Graphic Designer to join our team and enhance our brand's visual identity. Your responsibilities will span various design areas, from posters to social media graphics and website designs.
Here's what you'll be doing:
1. Poster Design:
Conceptualize and craft visually stunning posters for marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Ensure posters effectively convey the intended message and maintain brand aesthetics.
2. Social Media Designs:
Develop engaging graphics for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Stay updated on social media trends to incorporate them into your designs and boost our online presence.
3. Website Designs:
Collaborate with web developers to create user-friendly and visually appealing website designs.
Maintain consistency across web pages and optimize graphics for quick loading times.
4. PPT Designs:
Craft impactful PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external use.
Translate complex ideas into visually appealing slides with infographics and charts.
5. Brand Consistency:
Uphold brand guidelines across all design projects for a consistent visual identity.
Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with brand messaging and strategy.
6. T-shirt Graphics/Illustrations:
Create captivating illustrations for T-shirts catering to IPL fans, reflecting the tournament's energy.
Ensure designs are print-ready with high-quality resolution and color fidelity.
Collaborate with clients to refine designs and deliver in suitable formats for printing.
In addition to your design duties, you'll also:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Communicate progress and challenges to ensure project flow.
To be eligible for this role, you should have:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Awareness of the latest design trends and techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts is preferred.
