Responsibilities:
Designing and producing captivating ad creatives for various digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Developing mood boards that visually communicate the essence and tone of our brand, collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistency across all channels.
Creating comprehensive brand guides that outline visual identity elements, including logo usage, color palettes, typography, and imagery guidelines.
Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Conducting photoshoots as needed, capturing high-quality images that effectively convey our brand message and product features.
Editing and retouching photos to maintain consistency and quality standards across all visual assets.
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, photography, and branding to continuously enhance our visual identity and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (5 years) working as a graphic designer in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a product-based company, ideally in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or consumer durable industry.
Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate brand guidelines into visually compelling assets.
Proficient in photography techniques, including composition, lighting, and post-production editing.
Knowledgeable in A+ content creation for online retail platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
