1. Delivering design and innovation across one or more facets of the design process, including layouts, creatives, digital advertisements, prototyping, brand-building collaterals, information architecture, and consumer experience
2. Working as an advocate for the user and working towards delivering what s best for the user, consumer, or for the brands that you will be working on
3. Working in the team who will be responsible for delivering attractive and engaging designs for all media engagements and partnerships
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Master s/Bachelor s degree in design from an accredited college or university
2. Prior work experience or internships will be preferred and taken into account
3. Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methods and usability principles
4. Strong sense of design principles, typography, layout, and conceptual skills
5. Experienced in working with a multi-disciplinary team of designers, creative heads, servicing and brand teams
6. Ability to think creatively and critically about problems and able to provide creative strategies and solutions
7. Fluent in communication in order to present your work to various stakeholders
8. Fluent in current/in-market design tools
