About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs (creatives, GIFs, images, videos, etc.) that meet business goals
2. Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
3. Examine existing processes, identify flaws and create solutions to improve design capabilities
4. Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video
5. Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Requirements:
1. Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
2. Exceptional creativity and innovation
3. Excellent time management and organizational skills
4. Accuracy and attention to detail
5. An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
6. Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines
7. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
8. Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, or Coral
9. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop)
10. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
11. Excellent communication skills
