About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
2. Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
3. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
4. Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
5. Test graphics across various media
6. Amend designs after feedback
7. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
8. Study design briefs and determine requirements
9. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
10. Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
11. Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
12. Prepare images to coincide with social and blog posts
13. Assist with collateral updates and version control
14. Assist with video production (shooting, editing, etc.)

Candidate must know video shooting and editing as well

Proven graphic designing experience

A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva, and others) and knowledge of video editing software

A keen eye for aesthetics and details

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field

Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web

Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred

Team player

Quick learner and efficient

High sense of urgency

Able to work well under pressure

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹13,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
