Key responsibilities:

1. Communicating with executives and upper management regularly
2. Collaborating with executives and creating operational policies and procedures
3. Overlooking the daily functions of the business
4. Creating short and long-term operational goals
5. Suggesting improvements needed in different operations
6. Maintaining a healthy relationship with suppliers and stakeholders
7. Making sure the compliance with laws and regulations

Salary

After probation:

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
