1. Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries
2. Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
3. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
4. Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
5. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
6. Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access, issue visitor badges
7. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, maintaining inward & out register.
1. Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities
2. Professional appearance
3. Communication skills both written and verbal
4. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
5. Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
6. Working knowledge of EPABX system requires
7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
