Wellness Counsellor Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Language skills: Must be fluent in both Hindi and English.
2. Calling: Minimum of 40-60 connected calls per day.
3. Learning ability: Should be a quick learner. Post-training, should be able to create orders in Shopify. Strong written English is a must (order creation will be taught during OJT).
4. MIS: Must maintain a daily MIS sheet.
5. Query handling: Ability to manage multiple case-based queries simultaneously and provide effective rebuttals.
6. Work environment: Work from office.
7. Flexibility: Willingness to occasionally take on tasks outside of the KRA.
8. Pressure handling: Able to work well under pressure.
9. Experience: Minimum of 4-5 months in a relevant field. Strong sales orientation, exposure to dialers and CRM systems, and 1-3 years of experience preferred.
10. We are looking for someone young, dynamic, and consistent in performance.
