1. Bachelors degree preferred in business administration, marketing, or a related field
2. Proven experience in virtual assistance or administrative support, preferably in a B2B environment
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and assistants alike
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Ability to work independently
6. Proficiency in Google Suite/Workspace
7. Language: Must be Fluent in English (non-negotiable)
