We are looking for a motivated and energetic tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound calling: Make calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
2. Customer engagement: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Data management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
4. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
5. Market research: Gather feedback from customers to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and share insights.
Salary: 15000 per month

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
2. Experience: Previous experience in tele Calling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

4. Persuasiveness: Strong sales aptitude and ability to handle objections effectively.
5. Technical skills: Proficiency in using MS Office.
6. Time management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets.
