3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS-Excel.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
5. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
6. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide valuable insights to customers.
7. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and needs to help improve our services.
