Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract potential candidates.
Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
Conducting Interviews: Assist in conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recommendations.
Maintaining Candidate Database: Update and maintain records of candidates in the applicant tracking system.
Coordinating Hiring Processes: Schedule interviews, facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Employer Branding: Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote as an employer of choice.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools (training will be provided).
