Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and fresh graduate for the role of Talent Acquisition to join our headquarters in Pune. As a fresher-level, full-time employee, you will play a key role in sourcing and acquiring top talent for Actualise Business Solutions. You can expect to work with a dynamic team to build your career in recruitment, with a chance to learn and grow within the industry.

Qualifications and Skills
Excellent Recruitment abilities to identify and attract potential candidates effectively (Mandatory skill).
Expertise in Sourcing strong candidates through various platforms and channels (Mandatory skill).
Ability in Candidate Assessment to evaluate qualifications and competencies accurately (Mandatory skill).
Proficiency in Interviewing to conduct thorough and structured candidate interviews efficiently.
Capability in Talent Pipelining to maintain an active pool of excellent potential candidates.
Strong skills in Employer Branding to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
Negotiation skills to create win-win situations during offer discussions with potential hires.
Competence in Onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and integration of new employees into the company.

Roles and Responsibilities
Working closely with hiring managers to understand and implement recruitment needs and strategies.
Sourcing and attracting candidates through databases, social media, and other platforms.
Screening candidate resumes and job applications to shortlist potential fits for open positions.
Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.
Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Crafting and sending out recruitment emails to potential candidates whenever necessary.
Actively participating in employer branding initiatives to attract the right talent.
Collaborating with team members to improve overall hiring experience and process.
