Talent Acquisition Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source potential candidates through online job portals, professional networks (LinkedIn), and social media platforms.
2. Assist in posting job openings on company websites, job boards, and social media channels.
3. Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews.
4. Conduct phone and email outreach to engage with prospective candidates and build talent pipelines.
5. Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely recruitment of candidates.
7. Coordinate and schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
