Store Helper Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock organization:
a. Assist in the receiving, organizing, and stocking of products on shelves.
b. Ensure that products are arranged neatly and are easy for customers to find.

2. Customer assistance:
a. Help customers by answering basic inquiries and assisting with product selection. b. Provide exceptional service to enhance the customer experience.

3. Store maintenance:
a. Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and ensuring all areas are well-organized.

4. Inventory support:
a. Assist with inventory checks and restocking items as needed. Help with managing stock levels and report any discrepancies.

5. Assist with orders:
a. Help in order preparation and packaging. Ensure all orders are accurate and ready for delivery or customer pick-up.

6. Team support:
a. Support the store team by assisting with various tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager. Be ready to lend a helping hand when needed.
