About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
2. Engage with clients to understand their business needs, requirements & goals for their conversational solution.
3. Prepare chatbot storyboards, user/process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
4. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as javascript or other programming languages.
5. Develop, debug and deploy conversational chatbot experiences using appropriate client platforms and tools.
6. Assist in debugging and fixing bugs in existing applications.
7. Keep abreast of the latest chatbot trends, techniques, and technologies.
8. Learn and apply best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and version control.

4. Strong foundation in programming languages such as javascript, Node.js.

5. Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (oop) concepts.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
