Social Media & Order Management Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage Instagram account by replying to comments, and messages, and engaging with followers
2. Handle Pinterest account, including creating and scheduling pins
3. Update tracking sheets for orders, sales, and GST billing
4. Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and ensure timely follow-up
5. Monitor and track order dispatches, ensuring all orders are shipped on time
6. Coordinate with shipping partners to track the delivery of orders and resolve any issues
7. Assist with other administrative tasks related to operations and customer service

Qualifications:

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
2. Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest, and WhatsApp for business purposes
3. Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for order tracking
4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
5. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
