Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and enhancing brand awareness across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
2. Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
3. Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and fans on social media channels, fostering a positive community.
4. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations to improve social media strategy and effectiveness.
5. Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
6. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
7. Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific marketing goals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
3. Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
4. Strong writing and communication skills.
5. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
6. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
