Key responsibilities:

1. Customer interaction & service coordination: Greet customers, understand their vehicle service needs, create job cards and schedule appointments.
2. Estimate preparation & approval: Provide accurate service estimates, explain them to customers, and obtain approvals for repairs before proceeding.
3. Customer communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional services needed.
4. Customer satisfaction & complaint handling: Ensure high customer satisfaction, address concerns, and follow up after service completion.
5. Team collaboration & record keeping: Work closely with technicians and management, and maintain accurate service records.

Effective Communication Mechanical & Electrical Product Design

Other requirements

1. Mechanical/automobile engineering, diploma/graduate preferable.

2. Automotive maintenance or car enthusiast.

3. Languages known: English, Hindi and Telugu is must.

4. Must have a driving license and can drive a 4 wheeler.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
