As a Senior Associate - Growth at Internshala, you will be a key player in driving growth initiatives to enhance the platform's reach and impact. Your primary responsibility will be to support efforts in increasing monthly active users, focusing on increasing job seeker traffic and engagement across the entire user funnel. In addition, you will be expected to devise innovative growth hacks, explore new adjacencies, and enhance platform utilities to boost user engagement and time spent on the platform. You will be working on the following:
1. Strategic Planning: Plan and execute growth strategies aligned with business objectives, identify key growth areas in the user funnel, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate initiatives seamlessly.
2. User Acquisition and Activation: Lead efforts to increase monthly active users/jobseekers, implement tactics for enhanced activation and conversion rates, and utilize data-driven insights for optimizing user onboarding processes.
3. Retention and Engagement: Develop strategies for improved user retention and long-term engagement, analyze user behavior data to enhance the experience, and implement initiatives to increase user time spent on the platform.
4. New Growth Hacks: Explore and experiment with innovative growth hacks for user acquisition and retention, stay updated on industry trends, and foster a culture of continuous experimentation and learning within the growth team.
5. Building Adjacencies: Identify and explore opportunities for building adjacencies, collaborate with product and technology teams to implement new features, and drive initiatives to increase the overall value proposition for users.
