Sales Operations Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Database making: Collect, verify, and enrich target customer data to build the master customer database for the sales team. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
2. Database process documentation: Document sales database processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization, and update documentation as needed
3. Data accuracy: Conduct research and analysis on the master database to ensure accuracy based on the regular updates
4. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, etc. to ensure alignment of database strategies and initiatives with revenue goals
5. Ad hoc analysis and projects: Undertake ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned by the sales leadership or senior management to support strategic decision-making and business objectives
