1. Minimum: Bachelor's/Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
2. Work experience: At least one year of experience in sales & customer relationship management for IT services or product sales
3. Work nature: Work independently with minimum supervision
4. Competencies: Industry domain: IT product & services
5. Tech domain: Knowledge of enterprise IT products/solutions like CRM, intelligent automation, AI/ML, analytics etc.
6. Delivery skills: Excellent oral & written communication in English
7. Knowledge of leads generation from LinkedIn or other using any other databases
8. Experience in relationship management for existing accounts to know customer satisfaction levels and identify cross-sell & up-sell opportunities with existing clients collections
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 2,75,000 /year
