Runner/Delivery Executive Fresher Job

Only males are preferred.

We are seeking a reliable and energetic delivery runner to join our company. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently collect documents and ensure their secure and timely delivery to our office. The ideal candidate should be organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable navigating the city to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collect documents/parcels from clients professionally and courteously
2. Safely transport documents/parcels using a two-wheeler vehicle to and from the designated locations
3. Ensure the integrity and security of all collected items during transit
4. Maintain a detailed log of deliveries, documenting any delays or issues that may arise
5. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to schedule efficient delivery routes
6. Adhere to traffic and safety regulations while operating a two-wheeler
7. Collaborate with the administrative team to manage courier services when required
8. Assist with additional tasks related to event preparation and logistics, as needed
9. Perform other office work as required

Qualifications:

1. Valid two-wheeler driving license
2. Own a reliable two-wheeler in good working condition
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Familiarity with local routes and geography
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
