1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
2. Handle inbound calls from customers to assist with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
4. Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions with customers
5. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales
6. Meet call quotas and sales targets set by the management
7. Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
