Beyond Food is a whole nutrition company dedicated to creating healthy, delicious snacks made from 100% clean and gluten-free ingredients. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts
2. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written, and audio/podcast)
3. Design visually appealing graphics and social media posts using graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
4. Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
5. Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales
6. Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions
7. Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts
8. Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as necessary to maximize performance
9. Oversee the design (i.e. Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.)
Requirements:
Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Fluency in English
BSc in communications, marketing, business, new media, or public relations preferred
Proficient in using graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
Experience in performance marketing, branding, and content creation
