About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
2. Handling inbound calls from existing customers to address their queries and provide assistance
3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS Excel
4. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
5. Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
6. Conducting surveys to gather feedback and improve our services
7. Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed
