2. Master the Pitch: Communicate the value of our unique programs to potential students and companies. You'll be the voice of our cutting-edge courses designed to shape the future leaders of the construction industry
3. Expand Our Reach: Spot new business opportunities, build relationships, and increase Ascend's client base
4. Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our marketing team to craft and execute fresh, impactful campaigns that get our message out there
5. Own Your Communication: Use your excellent spoken and written English skills to build trust with prospects and communicate effectively within the team
6. Analyze & Improve: Use your MS-Excel skills to track sales data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive continuous improvement
7. Stay Organized: Maintain detailed records of your sales activities client interactions, pipeline progress, and revenue targets ensuring smooth reporting and transparent results
1. A motivated self-starter with 0-3 years of sales experience (education sector experience is a plus)
2. A strong communicator with excellent English language skills
3. Confident, energetic, and eager to learn and grow professionally
4. Proficient in MS-Excel and comfortable tracking sales metrics
