Key responsibilities:
1. Work on class planning and teaching.
2. Work on assessment, testing, and exam preparation.
3. Provide counseling: Provide academic counseling to students on their test performance and areas for improvement.
4. Work on communication: Communicate effectively with students of all ages and backgrounds.
5. Create a positive learning environment: Create a supportive and engaging learning environment for students.
6. Work on record keeping: Maintain records of student's progress and attendance.
7. Work on planning: Develop lesson plans, course materials, and resources.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 2,60,000 /year
