1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. 0-2 years of customer support experience.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must for this role since our clients are from the US geography.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping people.
7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
8. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
