About the job

Key Responsibilities:

I. Lead generation:
1. Identifying prospects: Research and identify potential clients who could benefit from the company's marketing and technology services.
2. Database management: Maintain and update a list of potential clients, ensuring contact details are accurate and relevant.

II. Initial contact:
1. Cold calling: Make unsolicited calls to prospects to introduce the company's products or services.
2. Pitching services: Communicate the value proposition of the marketing and technology services offered.
3. Overcoming objections: Handle objections and concerns raised by prospects professionally, aiming to keep them engaged.

III. Qualifying leads:
1. Assessing needs: Ask relevant questions to understand the prospect's needs and determine if they are a good fit for the company's services.
2. Lead scoring: Determine the likelihood of converting a prospect into a client based on specific criteria.

IV. Setting appointments:
1. Scheduling meetings: Arrange follow-up meetings or consultations with senior sales or technical teams.
2. Follow-up calls: Make follow-up calls to ensure appointments are kept and to continue nurturing the relationship.

V. Documentation and reporting:
1. CRM updates: Log all interactions and outcomes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
2. Feedback to the team: Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on conversations with prospects.

VI. Continuous learning:
1. Product knowledge: Keep updated on the latest developments in the company's marketing and technology services.
2. Market research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the needs of potential clients.

VII. Compliance and ethics:
1. Adhering to Scripts: Follow approved scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.
2. Regulatory compliance: Ensure all calls comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including do-not-call lists.

VIII. Performance metrics:
1. Meeting targets: Aim to meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets, lead conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Continuous improvement: Analyze call outcomes and seek ways to improve techniques and approaches.
