About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead business coaching: Help clients design, scale, and close deals for business growth.
2. Generate leadership coaching leads: Target professionals for executive leadership coaching.
3. Deliver team empowerment Workshops: Offer custom workshops to boost team performance.
4. Strategize client engagement: Build long-term partnerships and manage key client relationships.

Key responsibility areas (KRA):

1. Client acquisition & lead generation:
i. Develop strategies to generate leads for SaaS business coaching, leadership coaching, and team empowerment workshops.
ii. Target entrepreneurs, career professionals, and businesses seeking growth and leadership development.
2. Deal management & negotiation:
i. Manage the end-to-end deal process from lead generation to contract closure.
ii. Build relationships with potential clients, offering tailored coaching solutions.
3. Strategic relationship building:
i. Establish strong client and partner relationships across industries and geographies.
ii. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing long-term business and leadership solutions.
4. Value propositions & solution design:
i. Create customized proposals and innovative coaching solutions that drive value and meet client needs.

Measurement metrics (KPI):

1. Client acquisition rate: Achieve a 20% or higher client acquisition rate.
2. Revenue generation: Meet monthly revenue targets by converting leads into paying clients.
3. RoAS: Ensure optimal 'Return on Ad Spend' (RoAS) for marketing campaigns.
4. Customer satisfaction & retention: Maintain high satisfaction and long-term client retention through tailored solutions.

Other requirements

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

2. Experience: Ideally 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in SaaS or coaching industries.

Skills:

1. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and leadership development.

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

3. Proven track record of driving client acquisition and managing complex deals.

4. Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

5. Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and results.

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,00,001 /year
