1. Being involved in end to end recruitment process
2. Understanding the Job descriptions and sourcing the right candidates using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn references, etc.
3. Following up on the interview process and lining up shortlisted candidates
4. Taking up ad-hoc responsibilities post the selection process

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:
