About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sourcing relevant candidate profiles from various job portals
2. Screening the resumes and sharing them with the recruitment team
3. Connecting with 'not reachable' candidates through WhatsApp/emails
4. Connecting with relevant prospective candidates through LinkedIn and sharing their profiles with the recruitment team
5. Working in close coordination with the recruitment team to achieve the target number of selects

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

Other requirements

1. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 months experience in recruitment; either as an intern or as a full-time recruitment associate

2. Work timings would be as under:

Monday to Friday - 9 hours shift from 9:30 AM inclusive of designated lunch break (Flexible time of one hour for login)

Saturday - 9:30 AM to 4 PM (Fixed) 4th Saturday is a fixed off

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 14,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,05,000 - 2,99,000 /year
