Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
2. Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office.
3. Handling and prioritizing incoming communication, including emails and phone calls.
4. Coordinating meetings and events, including logistics and agenda preparation.
5. Conducting research and compiling data to support decision-making processes.
6. Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
7. Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
