Associate Legal Researcher Fresher Job (Part time)

Key Responsibilities:

a. Intellectual Property Management
1. Conduct anti-piracy investigations with the company s resources and ensure the take-down of the client s pirated content.
2. Ensuring Trademark protection of client s brands/marks against infringement.
3. Eligible to handle piracy claims arising out of international IP laws and shall act upon the same to carry out anti-piracy operations.

b. Online Reputation Management
1. Resolving instances of impersonation accounts across diverse social media platforms, ensuring the swift termination of malicious pages and groups that impersonate our clients' profiles.
2. Addressing privacy violations & offering protection against unwarranted exposure of personal information compromised in media outlets by proactively mitigating them, and collaborating with relevant authorities and platforms for prompt removal.
3. Managing & swiftly removing the deep fake images and morphed videos from online sources to restore our client's dignity and privacy.

c. Disputes Management & Advisory
1. Litigation management such as drafting and vetting notices replies etc.
2. Advise upon other litigious issues.
3. Drafting and management of relevant settlement discussions.
4. Coordination with law firms and counsel.
5. Development and maintenance of trackers and other relevant reports.
6. Development of process of effective management of various aspects connected to disputes etc.

d. Process Development
1. This role is responsible for developing processes to ensure and further the management control on business deals and promote efficient and effective management of disputes, contracts, intellectual property, and advisory. This role is also responsible for developing the reporting process and format of various legal activities for the management.
2. Provide legal assistance to the Human resources team for employment and contract matters and other related matters
