Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to digital and social media platforms while also managing offline initiatives as needed.
- Identify new ways to grow brand awareness and engage with our target audience, particularly parents and caregivers.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Plan and manage content and campaigns across social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging posts, reels, and videos that align with our brand.
3. Campaign Management:
- Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and drive sales.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights and data.
4. Community Engagement:
- Engage with the online community through comments, messages, and collaborations with influencers or bloggers.
- Build relationships with external stakeholders like vendors and media partners.
5. Brand Positioning:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, both digital and traditional.
- Contribute to shaping the brand identity as we grow in the market.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns and social media platforms.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Education:
- BBA/MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields from a reputable university (freshers welcome).
- If not from a related educational background, 1-2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing is required.
2. Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and MS Office.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for using analytics to optimize campaigns.
