Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring BBA, MBA Freshers. The role will involve a variety of tasks related to web and app development.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new market initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.
Proven working experience as a business developer / business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
Strong Proficiency communication skills and IT fluency.
Skilled with using LinkedIn and such other platforms to generate leads.
Skilled with using platforms like Upwork, PPH, Freelancers etc.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
