1. Take care of the entire customer A/C
2. Take care of all email communications
3. Take care of all new briefs and specific briefs and check all samples with Production and PPC considering production friendly, before sending and informing the buyer with tracking details and photos
4. Send all inspection reports to the customers.
5. Take care of all approvals (PP sample, shipment sample, packaging samples)from buyers with tracking details
6. Do all initial testing of all components follow up with the Lab and send details to buyers
7. Inform buyers once the shipment is gone (mandatory for every PO)
8. Issue design briefs
9. Make offers for new/existing designs
10. Prepare Quotations.
11. Do follow-up for samples and materials
12. Fill the spec sheet if required by specific customers.
13. Prepare return invoices for customers.
14. Check the goods of all sample shipments, prepare and give the account to the Exim department
15. Communicate with the customers
16. Prepare a show plan and offer plans for design and samples
18. Prepare the sample line for a customer visit
19. Do sourcing findings & components internally that can be used in the new designs
20. Do risk assessment with pdd/ production/QA for the customer-certified samples and issue the same
