About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers using provided contact lists
2. Engage prospects in conversations to understand their needs and present relevant solutions
3. Maintain and update an accurate log of all calls and conversations
4. Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure a seamless customer experience
5. Participate in regular check-ins via Slack/Zoom to discuss progress and strategies

Compensation: upto 6 LPA (including incentives)

Who can apply

1. Availability to start immediately

2. Currently residing in Delhi

3. Minimum of 6 months prior experience in cold calling

4. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi

5. Ability to work 6 days a week in a hybrid setting (3 days in-office, 3 days remote)

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

7. Ability to stay connected and responsive on Slack/Zoom during working hours
