About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential leads through targeted outreach, market analysis, and industry research.
2. Develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.
3. Create compelling and engaging content to attract and capture the interest of potential leads, such as blog posts, webinars, case studies, and educational resources.
4. Use marketing automation tools to manage lead databases, track campaign performance, and optimize lead generation efforts.
5. Qualify leads through phone calls, email correspondence, and other communication channels to determine their level of interest and readiness to enroll in our programs.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and provide ongoing support to help nurture leads through the enrollment process.
7. Monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in marketing, education, business administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, or digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.

3. Strong understanding of lead generation principles and best practices, including lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing.

4. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, parents, and educational partners.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.

7. Self-motivated and results-oriented, passionate about driving success and exceeding targets.

8. Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and approaches to lead generation in the education sector.

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year
