1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
1. Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
2. IATA qualified/any other relevant Travel and Tourism qualification would also be an advantage
3. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in the travel, hospitality, or customer service industries are welcome
4. Anyone who has worked in the field of Air Ticketing in any type of organization is welcome to apply. Knowledge of some GDS like Galileo / Amadeus, etc. is a preferred but not compulsory
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English
6. Customer-centric approach with a focus on building strong client relationships
7. Ability to plan and organize multiple travel packages simultaneously
8. Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals from vendors
9. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets
10. Familiarity with CRM and booking software is a plus
11. Problem-solving ability to handle customer concerns effectively
12. Passionate about travel and providing excellent customer experiences
13. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
14. Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
15. Willingness to learn and stay updated with travel industry trends
