Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services.
2. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
3. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while communicating with clients.
4. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
5. Update and maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve processes.
7. Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
1. Bachelor's degree in any field (freshers are welcome).
2. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly phone manner.
3. Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
