About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Researching the client
2. Researching the vacancy
3. Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, posting on job boards, networking in the industry, etc.
4. Interviewing candidates over call
5. Engaging with candidates for future opportunities
6. Maintaining the MIS
7. Reporting to the manager
8. Providing inputs of improvement in search, if required

NOTE: Candidated from 1-2 years of experience are preferred.
