Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business goals, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads
2. Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including creating reels from our content
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics and optimize strategy accordingly
4. Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers
5. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the brand's presence remains relevant and effective
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
7. Maintain brand voice and identity across all social media channels, ensuring consistency and authenticity in messaging
8. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
