Junior Social Media Marketing Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manages the company's social media accounts and posts content
2. Brainstorm campaign ideas
3. Create & schedule posts and campaigns for different social media platforms
4. Works on video content creation for YouTube and other social media with research and coordinates with the coach and psychologist for setting up and shooting the video
5. Handles editing of videos and posts and manages the comments and other requisites on YouTube and social media.
6. Monitor various social media platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
7. Customer engagement and response automation
8. Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns
9. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
10. Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales
11. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
12. Creating paid social media campaigns and lead generation
13. Proficient with Facebook marketing & email marketing
14. Analyzing social media trends
15. Preparing social media engagement and activities reports
