Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers
2. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
3. Utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage with potential candidates
4. Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
5. Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires and providing support throughout their integration
6. Generating reports and analyzing recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and enhance recruitment efforts
7. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process
