Junior Operations Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Greet and interact with customers, answer their queries, and create a positive environment at the sports facility.
2. Take responsibility for the infrastructure readiness of the sports facility and report to the venue manager in a timely manner.
3. Ensure hygiene is top-class and utilities like water, electricity, washrooms, CCTV, changing rooms, vending machines, and the playing area are functioning properly.
4. Develop expertise in tools used for managing operations, including the Hudle App, Connecteam, and Slack.
5. Ensure branding and signage are well-installed and enhance the facility's ambience.
6. Ensure equipment is readily available for customers.
7. Work with managers directly to implement and follow policies.
8. Represent Hudle with high ownership, integrity, and professionalism.
