Junior Operations Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze and optimize existing business processes for efficiency
2. Contribute to the development of operational strategies aligned with overall business objectives
3. Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet operational demands
4. Foster effective communication within the operations team and with other departments
5. Collaborate closely with customer support teams to resolve operational issues impacting customer satisfaction
6. Attend incoming calls and solve BA's and customer issues
7. Conduct outgoing calls to customers and BAs to assist with process completion

Qualifications:

1. Ability to identify and solve complex problems, address operational inefficiencies and make decisions that benefit the organization
2. Strategic thinking to align operations with organizational goals and contribute to long-term planning
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Proficiency in Hindi and any South Indian languages
