We need a Junior HR Executive who has at least 1 year of experience in HR work. But if you're new to the job market and you're really good at talking to people and using Microsoft Excel, we'd love to hear from you too!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
2. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth
3. Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review and decision-making
4. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
